OOTD: White walls

Hello my beautiful best friends,

How are guys doing? I hope you had an amazing week.

I am back with another outfit post! You guys seem to really like these posts.
Today, I went for a concert at my school and the dress code was formal.

I decided to wear a sweater crop top (I can't remember where I got it from) and skirt my mum had made for me from Nigeria(Love you mum, if you are reading this).

My friends and I found a perfect white wall and took some pictures. I hope you guys like them!

OOTD: Relieving Stress

Hello my beautiful best friends,

How are you doing? I have missed you guys so much. 

Junior year of high school is really taking a toll on me. I'm not eating well, I have a lot of homework and I am breaking out. So to relieve my stress, I went on a walk/photoshoot with my friends and we took some bomb pictures. 

I hope you like them...

I feel like everyone should do this once in a while. It really helps

Tips to improve your mood this spring!

Hello my beautiful best friends,

I have missed you so much. How was your week?

I am back with another post but this one is centered around SPRING!

I go to school in Massachusetts where it is always 40 degrees, however, the sun is shining now and my face is starting to get its glow back. When the sun first came out, I didn't know what to do with myself. I was so used to staying inside, cozied up watching Netflix that I forgot how to enjoy myself outside.

So I have come up with a few tips and tricks to help you take advantage of the good weather and good vibes...

Eat good food 
This is the season for all the fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals and are just overall good for you.

Exercise helps the body release endorphins which help reduces stress and makes people happier. It does not have to be a typical workout in the gym. Try something new!

- Organize and clean your room 
- Open your blinds
This gives you a sense of freedom and serenity. 

Help others
Good deed promotes empathy and just a loving and caring environment.

Watch Less TV
This is going to be very hard for me but I am going to try. Watching TV can make you sadder and gives you less motivation. Instead, read a book and achieve your goals now!

Change it up
Change up your routine. Bring some excitement into your everyday routine. Falling into the same routine will decrease the willingness to participate in that routine.

Have bad days
There will be some days that are just not working for you and that is ok! It is better to accept and find out what you can do to make your day better.

OOTD: Plaid

Hello, my beautiful best friends!

I have missed you. How was your week? I hope you were productive and achieved all that you wanted.

This post is an outfit of the day post. My friends and I went for a photo shoot in the 30-degree weather of New England. It was really fun and we ended up taking hundreds of pictures. It's good to just step out of your usual routine once in a while and enjoy the small things around you.

Spring Break: Week 2

Hey Guys!

As I am talking to you right now, I am back in school. Spring Break 2017 is officially over. In fact, I just finished my first week back in school and it has been very hard.

I wanted to show you guys what I did for the last week of spring break, this is similar to my last post about Spring Break: Week 1(You should definitely check it out!)

So without much further ado, my last week of Spring Break 2017

I went to the National museum of Art in D.C. I loved it and I would totally recommend.

I went to go visit a friend and was going back to my hotel. I realized how much I love public transport.

NICE MATIN in NYC is the best!
